On Wednesday 17th May 2017 the OSR welcomed Ian Grieves Professional Rugby Union Star for a talk all about his career so far, the teams he has played for and most Importantly advice on exercise, food and the importance of sleep. Ian was born in southern Africa and moved to Bristol with his parents when he was young. He attended Colston's school and played for England at under 20's level. He captained Bristol and has played most recently for Plymouth and Ealing.
He is recovering from knee surgery and is starting with a new club very soon. The scouts had lots of questions to ask and Ian explained that they should eat well, exercise regularly and sleep a lot. I would like to thank Ian for coming into OSR and also Alison whom organised the evening.
