To complete the Gromit Unleashed Challenge badge Monday Beavers had a cheese and Brizzle night.
The started by trying 5 different types of Cheese
We also looked at how cheese was made.
To finish the evening we had a go an speaking some proper Bristolian phrases such as 'Cheers Drive' & 'All right me Babber' - sorry about that :)
This week the Monday Beavers completed most of the elements of their Global issues badges.
The Beavers built water purifiers, learnt about and tasted Fair Trade chocolate and did word searches and colouring in about endangered animals.
For their homework the Beavers have recording how they save energy and tracking their recycling.
During this term the Beavers are going to attempt to complete the Gromit Unleashed 2 Challenge badge.
Cheese tasting, Wrong Trousers and wild adventures expected.
Mad Science can to visit the Beavers on Monday.
Our budding scientists mixed chemicals, made slime and had great fun watching things explode.
