Community challenge at Filton police sta tion was a very interesting trip, we locked all the scouts up for a while and had a great question and answer session. The officers were very informative and the scouts were buzzing when we left. I think some of them would quite like to join up in the future!

The scouts cooked spag bog with chocolate sponge and chocolate custurd and I have to say they got on with it and it tasted great. We have some budding chefs within our troop, so guess who’s cooking on camp!!

We returned to this years comp to do one better than runners up from 2011. Both teams were going great until the quater finals when again we were matched against each other! Eventually getting in to the finals and once again getting pipped at the post. Well done to all our scouts that took part

Well we made seven bird boxes for the 40 acres conservation group and there were No Injuries, Stu from B&Q was great and this was a fun and educational session. The scouts took them home to paint, I wonder what they will look like when we get them back.
